Issue capturing as AVI files / Files not saved

If AVI files cannot be saved, but other image formats (DPX, TIFF) work as expected, you may need to reinstall ActiveUSB.
This can happen after a Windows update.

First make sure all Windows update have been applied and reboot your computer.
Then, delete ActiveUSB and reinstall the latest version.
